ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGER PINE GROVE, PA As a member of the US/Canada EHS Team, the Pine Grove Plant EHS Manager will be responsible for managing and sustaining the EHS management system, driving EHS performance, analyzing and finding trends to drive action. The Role: Your work will include, but not be limited to: * Support the growth of an engaged safety culture at Pine Grove. * Ensure execution of EHS policies, providing guidance on program feasibility, and implementing EH&S corporate directives and guidelines for Lear locations within responsibility. * Establish and maintain appropriate compliance assurance processes and adhere to Lear specific EHS requirements; Perform and coordinate audits to ensure compliance to applicable legal and other requirements (customers, investor, and corporate requirements) in the assigned plant. Assist with aggressive abatement of findings and tracking actions to closure. * Ensure data integrity, accurate and on time reporting. * Ensure thorough incident investigations are conducted for all significant EHS incidents. Publish EHS Alerts for incidents, and coordinate read across of relevant EHS incidents occurring at assigned Lear sites. * Establish, implement, manage & sustain the EHSMS (ISO14001 & ISO45001). Guide proactive plans to identify and control risks. * Establish relationships with regional governmental agencies, as appropriate; interact and negotiate with governmental entities on behalf of Lear. * Ensure injured worker information is submitted to the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) in a timely manner. Interact with the TPA and medical community to gain an understanding of the status of claims. Interact with plant management to ensure an effective Return to Work program. Create workers' compensation user control reports on a periodic basis. Maintain the OSHA 300 log and ensure injuries/illnesses are accurately logged. * Ensure the implementation and management of Ergonomic, Sustainability and Continuous Improvement programs to boost the EHS culture. * Ensure the wastewater treatment process is effective and in regulatory compliance. * Coordinate budget planning to ensure needed capital and expense funding is included in the businesses operating plan. Our Production Supervisors are essential to our plant's success, driving operational performance by leading teams, ensuring safety and quality standards, meeting production goals, and directly impacting efficiency, employee engagement, and continuous improvement across the plant. As a Production Supervisor, you will lead and manage a team of 10 to 35 employees within one of several departments, with a primary focus of ensuring that production processes run efficiently, safely, and with a commitment to high-quality standards. To become successful, you must have strong communication, influencing and leadership skills to lead your team, work collaboratively with fellow supervisors to make timely decisions, maintain product flow throughout the plant, and achieve operational goals by monitoring output, managing information flow, and driving overall team effectiveness. This schedule provides a consistent 2-3-2 rotation with every other weekend off and a built-in three-day mid-week break every other week, supporting work-life balance and recovery. Additionally, for weeks worked over 40 hours you are paid overtime. For weeks you are working 36 hours, you are paid for 40 hours.
