Perform day-to day service requirements of assigned clients within designated authority.

Perform online rating for renewals and endorsements to existing policies.
Order endorsements as required.
Quality Check and send out endorsements to clients.
Invoice agency bill policies, endorsements, and audits.
Review audits and request corrections from carriers as needed.
Perform initial policy check and send policies to insureds.
Process Binders and summaries of insurance in EPIC.
Update EPIC applications and schedules for policy renewals.
Assist AE/AM in preparation of renewal submissions.
Prepare renewal submissions, submit to market, and review quotes as directed by AM/Producer.
Assist AM/Producer in proposal preparation.
Enter Activity records for all actions and or communication performed on Client Files
Follow Imaging procedure to attach all data (faxes, email, documents) to customer file using EPIC.
Review and send out Customer statements.
Support AE/Producer as required.
Become familiar and utilize technical tools such as Tag24, Zywave, DocuSign, Reference Connect, Indio, and other tools as determined by department leader.
Assist in training and coaching other staff when needed/requested.
Assist department members during absences.

Monitors ongoing, as required, of all high risk and medium risk accounts in accordance with the established monitoring schedule.

Performs testing of BSA/AML systems in conjunction with system or Core upgrades.

The Business Banking team actively calls on businesses that typically have annual revenue between $1MM and $25MM. The team includes relationship managers, client managers officers, treasury management officers and others that provide a suite of products and services that serve companies of this size. The objective of the group is to earn the title of trusted advisor and help these companies grow and prosper in our community.
How you'll spend your time:
Responsible to manage the strategic client relationships in Business Banking which will include managing an existing portfolio of business and the acquisition of new business. Clients generally are between $25MM and below in annual revenue.
Generate, retain, & expand lending, investment and deposit relationship with new and existing clients through client referrals, centers of influence & direct prospecting.
Develop, generate and follow up on new client leads through existing clients, client referrals, COI referrals, & prospecting.
Manage overall relationship profitability & portfolio risk and is responsible for profitable growth of the portfolio assigned (includes loans, deposits, & fee income). Act as a consultant to clients and a resource to the Bank in developing & retaining business.
Provide insight & ideas for enhancing client relationships, client cash flow, profitability, and efficiency.
Manage the overall credit quality of assigned portfolio (includes sales, credit analysis, loan structuring, client and prospect interviews).
Monitor & manage existing credit relationship, which includes note renewals, reviewing & detailed analysis of current financial statements & collateral valuations, credit analysis, cash flow analysis, delinquency reporting, documenting exceptions & covenant monitoring, compiling reports necessary to monitor asset & credit quality and compliance with policy/regulation.
Negotiate loan proposals, analyze & evaluate credit requests & write loan commitments, recommend appropriate credit grade, make oral/written presentation to underwriter or loan committee, and implement approval/declination action.
Serve as the primary link for all financial services to the individual Business Banking client with the bank (i.e. Treasury Services, International, Trust, and Cash Vault).
Participate in community & professional activities in order to enhance the bank 's image and expand personal network of business contacts for development of new business.
Monitor accounts to identify potential credit problems and assure proper loan documentation. Customers tend to have complicated lending requirements involving term loan agreements, commercial real estate, and revolving credit lines.
Communicate and collaborate with consistency and transparency with business banking teams and internal partners.
Consistently use and maintain CRM usage.

This role is responsible for assisting Food, Beverage & Agribusiness loan officers in the portfolio management activities (generally large and moderately complex loans). Will manage assigned credit portfolio, manage the associated credit risk, and identify opportunities for expansion. Key highlights of the role will include the following:

+ Partner with loan officers to effectively administer the management of assigned commercial banking relationships.

+ Recognize and manage early warning signs for the portfolio on a recurring basis, which may include but are not limited to the following: analyze borrower/guarantor financial performance upon receipt of reporting requirements, either monthly, quarterly or annually. Fully analyze and confirm borrowing base and financial covenant compliance, analyze payment performance benchmarks and perform regular financial reviews.
+ Provide recurring customer service to existing and prospective clients, which includes direct contact with customers either through participation in joint sales calls with loan officers or direct correspondence with clients and perform various projects/tasks as needed with an emphasis on maintaining UMB TUCE at all times.

+ You will visit prospective clients

+ You possess a bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
+ You have 3 years credit experience with 3 years sales experience in a banking, finance or asset-based lending environment
+ You demonstrate knowledge and experience in the use of marketing tools and methods, including mailings, telemarketing, and other forms of customer outreach
+ You have the ability to make independent and sound judgments and decisions and have an understanding of how decisions affect business lines and the organization as a whole
+ You can read and interpret financial and budgetary documents
+ You possess professional verbal and written communication skills
+ You are analytical, highly organized, pay attention to detail, handle frequent interruptions with ease, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment
+ You can meet firm timelines and work under pressure
+ You show self-motivation and a sense of urgency
+ You demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
**Compensation Range:**
$157,500.00 - $292,572.00
