Starting pay of $18.40/hr. up to top pay of $25.79/hr.*

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Unload the crates of DPF's transferring them from the pallet to the workbench for disassembly.
Disassemble the unit. Using an air wrench, mallets or other pick tools, remove the bolts and pull apart the units. Scrape caked-on dirt as needed to enable the removal of bolts. Inspect each piece as it is removed and separate into bins of good and worn parts. The part may require washing or torching to be removed.
Proper recognition and identification of all transmission parts
Proper recognition of defects on gears
Once disassembled, main castings, small parts and fasteners are to be moved along the conveyor to a pass through high pressure parts washer to remove oil, grease and dirt.
Once cleaned, main castings, small parts and fasteners are moved along the conveyor to appropriate inspection stations.
Maintain a neat and tidy work area, cleaning up after every disassembly. Follow appropriate spill control procedures. Wipe down carts between use.
Support other Tear-down Technicians with their work. Support a team environment.
Ability to manage and maintain daily production goals
Identify quality concerns and address them with the Team Lead or Facilitator
Communicating with members of the production team
Maintaining 5s and general housekeeping in work areas
Operating in a safe manner at all times
Managing daily preventative maintenance on all machinery and documenting accordingly.
Perform any other tasks which may be assigned by the Supervisor or Team Lead
The small size of AMS Tooele can dictate that we may need to step out of our normal job responsibilities in order to complete a task or request in the shortest period of time possible. We all recognize this requires us to sometimes deviate from the rigid tasks listed above in support of the AMS Tooele Mission Statement.

The Production Prep team member is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations in the back plant. This role involves metal fabrication, including cutting, drilling, and punching, as well as welding (certification preferred but not required). Overview

A Crisis Worker, working on the Utah Statewide CrisisLine telephonic system, will assess individuals experiencing a self-defined crisis situation, leading to appropriate crisis stabilization and making appropriate referrals. Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Solder Technician is responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) and wiring harnesses in accordance with established specifications and quality standards. This role requires a high level of precision, attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical instructions and diagrams.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components using soldering irons and reflow equipment
Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions
Inspect solder joints for quality
Perform rework and repair on PCB assemblies as required
Assemble wire harnesses, connectors, and cable assemblies
Maintain accurate records of work completed, including inspection and test data
Operate various manufacturing equipment and tools safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety and ESD (electrostatic discharge) control procedures
Qualifications:
