The Assembler at our Baldwin, WI location involves working collaboratively to assemble and package product. This is a 1st shift onsite role, with hours Monday-Thursday 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. Role Responsibilities: Assembly of non-repetitive parts which may include multiple parts per operation. Package parts and assemblies. Ensure compliance to prints. Operate test equipment when required. Ensure proper documentation with labeling. Complies with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures. Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required. Major Areas of Accountability: Assembles rotor assembly on synchronous, induction/turbo and laminated spider jobs Assembles exciter rotor and stators Rectifier assembly, steel, glastic and turbo diode wheels.
