Position Summary:
The Production Worker at the Central Kitchen is responsible for performing a variety of tasks on the production line in a food manufacturing facility. This includes preparing ingredients, operating equipment, packaging finished products, and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the shift. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Position's Key Responsibilities:
Follow daily production schedules and instructions from Leads and Supervisors.
Assemble, prepare, package, and inspect food products according to company standards.
Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently after training.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following sanitation and safety guidelines.
Follow all food safety rules including GMPs, HACCP, and allergen control procedures.
Complete required production documentation such as counts, lot tracking, and labels.
Report any equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with changeovers, setup, and cleanup as needed between product runs.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

JOB SUMMARY
As part of our recent growth, we are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) Paint Operator Trainer to join our team. This role is responsible for expert-level spray application of primer to manufactured aerospace parts while serving as a technical resource and trainer for paint personnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform spray application of primer to aerospace parts in accordance with work orders, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for primer paint processes, specifications, callouts, and application techniques.
• Train, coach, and support Painters and Paint Helpers on proper techniques, racking, setup, layout, and best practices.
• Visually inspect chemical processing prior to painting to identify failures or damage; coordinate with Quality when clarification is required.
• Ensure parts are free from dirt or foreign material prior to painting and clean parts as necessary.
• Communicate racking position, setup, and layout requirements to Paint Helpers and trainees.
• Select and mix primer paints to match Work Order and specification requirements.
• Maintain and share up-to-date knowledge of current specifications, processes, and callouts.
• Clean and maintain spray equipment using solvents and approved materials; demonstrate proper equipment care to trainees.
• Support training documentation, standard work, and continuous improvement efforts within the paint department.
• Follow hazardous chemical handling and waste disposal procedures and reinforce safe practices through training.
• Wear and model correct use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including respirator requirements.
• Follow all work rules and standard safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the paint area and mixing rooms; change paint filters as required.
• Safely handle hazardous materials, including waste labeling, transfer, and accumulation procedures.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Wage range for this role is between $20 - $45 an hour plus a discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits. Employees can also receive additional pay for off-shifts, off-site work, and access pay. The range provided is Janicki's estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities

Position Responsibilities:
Identify discrepancies and promptly inform the appropriate work groups to ensure resolution.
Make necessary adjustments to maintain proper machine operations and facilitate part movement within the organization.
Coordinate, prepare, and package finished products for transportation to customers.
Assist colleagues by answering questions and sharing information about work methods, processes, and procedures.
Prepare kits of materials and components to support the manufacturing build process, revising drawings and incorporating changes as needed.
Operate with or without wire forming boards, jigs, fixtures, or tooling to complete tasks. Utilize information systems to track parts and manage work priority and sequencing. Perform mechanical tasks such as sealing, soldering, encapsulation, and decal installation as required.
Use electrical testing instruments, including ohmmeters and test lights, to conduct continuity checks and implement authorized changes.
Drill, saw, file, sand, patch, and build up plastic parts and fixtures to meet required tolerances.
Operate shop equipment, such as ovens, presses, and vacuum equipment, to finish and inspect parts.
Create charts, records, and graphs as assigned, and apply protective materials and parting agents to molds, forms, and dies.
Notify supervisors of equipment failures and malfunctions and make temporary molds and dams from various materials as needed.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:
Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.
Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting.
Handle and work with various metals (e.g., aluminum, brass, steel, titanium) and plastics (e.g., acrylic, fiberglass, kevlar) for 6-8 hours daily. Occasionally apply sealants, solvents, adhesives, cleaners, liquid coatings, and lubricants for 1-3 hours daily, ensuring proper use of materials such as epoxy, acetone, latex, and grease.
Operate in proximity to moving parts and tools, sharp cutters, and potential slipping hazards.
