HOURS STARTS AT 3:30 PM The Production Worker in the Skewers Department is responsible for preparing and packaging meat skewers according to NSP standards and production specifications. The role involves handling raw materials, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, and supporting continuous production flow. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Prepare, assemble and pack meat skewers by hand or using semi-automated equipment. Ensure products meet visual, weight, and quality specifications. Follow safety, sanitation, and quality guidelines (HACCP, GMP) Assist in the setup and cleanup of workstations and equipment. Operate simple machinery and tools used in the skewering process when necessary. Report defective products or equipment issues to the supervisor. The Soil Production employee follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
