ABOUT THE POSITION
Compensation will be based on experience.
This position is Full Time. Our regular hours are Mon-Fri, 7:00-3:30 with occasional overtime. Job Location is 32254 near HWY Ave and Ellis Rd. Employees earn PTO from day 1, that can be used after 90 days of employment. Employees are eligible for health, dental and vision insurance after 60 days, and 401K matched contributions after 1 year.
You will shape the future of Fenetex by:
Perform production tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines

Inspecting product to ensure customer specifications are met
Assist Operator/Technicians with daily production duties

Working Conditions Exposure to industrial machinery, moving parts, elevated temperatures, and other physical demands. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required, including but not limited to, Hard Hats, gloves, ear protection, eye protection, safety shoes etc. Able to safely walk, reach (including above head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel. Frequently lifts and/or move up to 50 pounds.

* Positions and fastens all required hardware and material onto floats using wrenches, rubber mallets, and other appropriate hand tools.
* Checks and inspects floats to ensure that there are no major cracks or flaws. Ensures that floats and hardware materials are assembled appropriately.
