Our equipment helps optimize well pad design, improve separation efficiency and lower overall equipment spend through high-performance surface separation and processing technology. Our equipment is setting new standards for performance and economics nationwide.
This position is located in Casper, WY at our JW Williams facility (a Westerman Inc company).
This position requires employees to be on-site and work in the shop. Successful candidates will be required to live in Casper or within a reasonable commuting distance. Westerman, Inc. does not offer a relocation package, and all relocation expenses will be the candidate's responsibility.
**SALARY MAY BE NEGOTIABLE BASED ON EXPERIENCE
SUMMARY The Assembler role is responsible for assembly of all piping, valves, gauges, reliefs, burners, and other associated equipment on pressure vessels and skids. A successful candidate is a self-motivated multi-tasker that utilizes a strong work ethic to ensure all quality levels are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Safe and proper use of various hand/air/power tools.
Properly identify and inspect all parts for defects to ensure quality products.
Inspects all connections to ensure they are properly sealed.
Properly identify and document vessel parts/components.
Prepare and secure parts or vessels for hydrostatic testing per regulatory, customer and internal requirements.
Assist in loading shipments.
Must have a positive attitude and learn Our Philosophy.
Must follow all safety & environmental policies & procedures.
Cut and thread pipe.
Install, align, and seal flanged pipe.
Other duties as required and assigned.

**Position Description:**
Laborers have general responsibility to provide support and assistance to the other skilled crafts working on the project. Laborers employed by Hensel Phelps provide support for the form carpenters and for the concrete operation in general, ironworkers/rodbusters involved in installing reinforcing steel, and masons involved in the installation of block and brickwork. This is a safety sensitive position.
**Essential Duties:**
+ Preparation of areas for the placement of concrete involves final excavation of dirt and rock and fine grading for floor slabs. This work involves shoveling for extended periods of time.
+ Assembly of concrete forms, laborers are required to lift form prefabricated metal form panels and assist in their placement.
+ Handle the concrete bucket suspended from a crane that transfers the concrete from the concrete truck to the placement area. After the concrete is poured from the bucket, laborers muck the concrete in slabs to spread it evenly.
+ After the concrete has cured, the laborers assist in stripping the concrete forms and transporting them for storage.
+ Assist concrete finishers in moving power trowels and power screeds used to finish the concrete surface.
+ Support of block masons installing masonry work by handling and transporting bags of cement, lime, sand, and grout. This includes stocking blocks and bricks.
+ Assist carpenters in handling and setting door frames. This entails transporting the door frames from the storage area to the work areas and stacking the door frames where needed.
+ Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools. Distribute site materials to the appropriate locations, according to project plans and specifications. Responsible for ensuring that all materials are properly distributed, and the site is swept and well maintained.
+ Promote a safe work environment and communicate jobsite hazards. This includes helping to secure the jobsite at the end of business each day and verifying that all site materials are properly stored.
**Position Qualifications:**

+ Valid Driver's License.

PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Assembler is responsible for grinding, welding, fitting, and assembling all steel, iron, and manganese rail points for track work related products to the specifications provided by engineering.
Task and Responsibilities:
Operate hydraulic benders or presses to straighten manganese castings.
Safely operate jib and overhead cranes.
Ability to operate grinder, welder and power tools.
Proficiently assemble all switch points built at plant.
Safely operate powered industrial truck.
Able to work with little supervision.
Adhere to Nortrak's Safety, Quality and Environmental Procedures, Practices and Policies.
Routine cleanup of work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements (e.g. education, experience, skills and desired competencies)
High School graduate or GED preferred
Welding, Forklift and Crane certification preferred
Ability to read work orders, ITP's, blue prints, rulers and tape measures
Basic mathematical calculation experience in adding and subtracting whole numbers, fractions and decimals

Position Description:
Laborers have general responsibility to provide support and assistance to the other skilled crafts working on the project. Laborers employed by Hensel Phelps provide support for the form carpenters and for the concrete operation in general, ironworkers/rodbusters involved in installing reinforcing steel, and masons involved in the installation of block and brickwork. This is a safety sensitive position.
Essential Duties:
Preparation of areas for the placement of concrete involves final excavation of dirt and rock and fine grading for floor slabs. This work involves shoveling for extended periods of time.
Assembly of concrete forms, laborers are required to lift form prefabricated metal form panels and assist in their placement.
Handle the concrete bucket suspended from a crane that transfers the concrete from the concrete truck to the placement area. After the concrete is poured from the bucket, laborers muck the concrete in slabs to spread it evenly.
After the concrete has cured, the laborers assist in stripping the concrete forms and transporting them for storage.
Assist concrete finishers in moving power trowels and power screeds used to finish the concrete surface.
Support of block masons installing masonry work by handling and transporting bags of cement, lime, sand, and grout. This includes stocking blocks and bricks.
Assist carpenters in handling and setting door frames. This entails transporting the door frames from the storage area to the work areas and stacking the door frames where needed.
Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools. Distribute site materials to the appropriate locations, according to project plans and specifications. Responsible for ensuring that all materials are properly distributed, and the site is swept and well maintained.
Promote a safe work environment and communicate jobsite hazards. This includes helping to secure the jobsite at the end of business each day and verifying that all site materials are properly stored.

* Performs general labor tasks at work site including shoveling sand.
* Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and basic maintenance on equipment as needed.
* Works safely, adheres to health and safety rules and uses appropriate PPE.
* Follows directions and completes tasks in a timely manner.
* Assists with railcar movement to assist with loading and unloading of incoming product.
* May operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner ensuring maximum equipment health and productivity.
* Has a strong understanding of the work they are assigned to and requires minimal supervision on how to perform work correctly.
* Understands and performs basic equipment maintenance as required.
* Performs housekeeping duties and cleans around plant equipment on a daily basis.
* Other responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind) for extended periods of time.
* Must be willing to work any assigned shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays. The plant has 24 hour/7day operation.
* Some background in operating heavy equipment helpful.
* Must have a collaborative attitude and willingness to perform any work that is required.
* Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
* Basic operating knowledge of construction equipment, preferred.
* Must be able to read and be proficient with English and simple math.
* Basic computer skills helpful.
* Must be able to communicate effectively, using both written and spoken forms of communication.
* Must be a self-starter and be able to work with close supervision.
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis and be at least 18 years of age.
