Shift Openings We are currently taking applications for production workers in the below areas: Extrusion Area Saw Helper - Day Shift - Mon-Thur 7am-5pm Saw Helper - Graveyard Shift - Mon-Thur 9pm-7am (Monday start) Saw Helper - Weekend Shift - Fri-Sat 7am-7pm (with overtime after 10 hours - work 36 hours, get paid for 39) Job Summary The Saw Helper works with another Saw Helper and a Saw Operator to move extruded aluminum pieces and arrange them for oven preparation, while keeping an eye out for and reporting quality defects. General Duties and responsibilities Work with large industrial equipment and drive a forklift. Review and follow work order instructions and best practice requirements. Adhere and promote all safety requirements. Read and understand dimensional prints. Operate measuring devices to ensure quality compliance. Comply with all policies and procedures in accordance with our quality management system. Clean up scrap materials. Other duties as assigned. Skills High degree of accountability. Detailed oriented individual able to frequently perform multiple tasks at a given time. Able to independently perform simple calculations. Communicate well and interact with others effectively. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. Manufacturing/Production experience preferred. Working Environment Exposed to a production environment which includes noise, moving machinery, forklifts and fluctuations in temperature. Overtime may be expected based on production requirements.
