In this hands-on position, you'll contribute to the reliability and performance of our systems by performing essential checks, supporting re-manufacturing operations, and ensuring every piece of equipment meets our high standards for safety and quality. How You'll Make an Impact:
Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components with precision, ensuring every build meets exact specifications and supports operational excellence
Perform hydraulic and electrical checks to confirm equipment is functioning safely and reliably before it returns to service
Lead re-manufacturing tasks-from disassembly and inspection to minor repairs and reassembly-restoring equipment to peak condition
Follow process and specification sheets with accuracy and consistency, setting the standard for quality and compliance
Complete labor reporting and recordkeeping with attention to detail, ensuring transparency and accountability
Use TPM tools to drive improvements in safety, efficiency, and customer service while reducing operational costs
Communicate proactively about maintenance needs, quality concerns, or anything that could impact safety or productivity-ensuring issues are addressed before they escalate
Keep leadership informed on daily activities and operational challenges, contributing to a culture of openness and continuous improvement
Support the development of others by assisting in training teammates and sharing knowledge
Step in wherever needed to help the team meet its goals and deliver on shared commitments

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

Cleans paint and glue from glass and inserts bulb seal if present.
Inserts screen into frame if present and inserts weep hole covers if required.
Assembles window and door with all parts removed during disassemble.
Packages units based on customer requirements.
Scans and adheres label on window if required.
Stages on carts for shipping per customer
Applies Banding/strapping as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned. Follow all safety guidelines and maintains clean workspace. Maintains productive pace set by Floor Lead and/or Manager and follows managers' direction.

In this part-time, seasonal role you will assemble a variety of products for both indoor and outdoor use. * You are 18 years or older
* Are interested in working on a temporary, part-time basis
* Have a valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle
* Love to tinker and build stuff, and are experienced in assembling grills, patio furniture etc.

* Can stand, kneel, and bend for several hours a day
* Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 75 lbs.
* Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
