Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area
Assists other departments as needed

· Problem Solving:
- Refrigeration Upfitters will be working to not only install units but ensure their functionality as well. This means that they will need to be able to recognize issues, trouble shoot, and fix them accordingly.
- The ability to think critically ensures success in this position.
· Attention to Detail:
- All parts of the refrigeration process, from installation to rolling the vehicle out the door, require attention to detail.
- This role requires routing of hoses, wires, handling refrigerant and recording accurate data. This all requires the technician to pay close attention and do their best to ensure we are putting out a good product.
