JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Job Functions:
Perform final assembly and build-up of landing gear components, subassemblies, and full assemblies per OEM Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs) and work instructions.
Install seals, O-rings, hardware, bushings, bearings, and fittings using appropriate tools and calibrated equipment.
Torque hardware to specified values and record all critical measurements and readings.
Ensure proper alignment, fitment, and functionality of all parts during assembly.
Perform hydraulic shock strut test, gap checks, and other test as required.
Collaborate with Quality teams to complete in-process and final inspections.
Tag and prepare completed assemblies for shipment or return to customer.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used, serial numbers, and inspection results.
Follow all safety guidelines and ensure a clean and organized work area.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly area.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Agency progress towards Encova profit share program and Leaders' Conference participation.
Encova updates and organizational changes.
o Facilitate growth between all Encova profit centers and assigned agencies.

3. Gather competitive intelligence.
4. Stay abreast of current insurance laws and regulations.
