Requirements

Experience working with PCB assemblies, BMS boards, or other sensitive electronic components.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and work instructions.
Hands-on experience using multimeters, crimp tools, torque drivers, and basic electrical or leak-test equipment.

- Must be able to use shop floor operating systems, understand drawings and blueprints, follow planning requirements, and have basic computer operating skills
- Must be able to perform sealing processes including fay surface, fillet, pack, aero, brush coat, and dome sealing
