Requirements:

As an entry-level Assembler/LineWorker you perform general light industrial tasks and packaging operations for various customers; you count boxed product; place products on skids and stretch wrap product; ensure that products are assembled, packed, and shipped according to customer requirements; you maintain a sustained rate of production on repetitive tasks, and complete and submit daily production numbers.

Job DescriptionWe are hiring a General Laborer to join a growing manufacturing team in Medina, Ohio. This position offers hands-on training in mechanical and electrical assembly, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals with mechanical aptitude who want to build long-term skills in manufacturing and assembly.
Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and basic electrical assembly of components and subassemblies
Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and assembly prints
Use hand tools and basic power tools (training provided)
Assist with wiring, fastening, fitting, and component installation
Inspect assembled parts for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on work preferred
Ability to use basic hand tools or willingness to learn
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs as needed
Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
