Colson Group USA is seeking a 2nd shift Assembly Technician for the Jonesboro, AR manufacturing location.
There is a $2.00 per hour shift differential
2nd Shift: 3:30pm- 2:00am.
Summary Description: To set-up and operate all assembly equipment in a safe, productive and efficient manner.
Duties:
* To set-up and operate assembly equipment in a production situation
* Set-up tooling and equipment as necessary to produce sub-assemblies and completed casters to routed standards
* Inspect and ensure shop order compliance
* Complete required documentation pertaining to manufacturing reports and parts identification
* Complete proper non-complying tickets as required
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, must be able to read and write at acceptable level.
Physical: Must be able to bend, stand for prolonged periods of time, stoop and pull. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Specific Skills: Reading accurately and writing legibly is required. Must be able to read and interpret shop orders. Should know model numbers or have the ability to learn.
Experience: Prefer prior assembly experience.

Pruitt is seeking candidates to fill an Assembly Technician position in the RCD Shop at our Fort Smith, AR facility.

We assemble and refurbish Rotating Control Devices (RCD's) that are used in the oil and gas industry. Technicians in this position work in a job that is very hands-on and intensely mechanical in nature.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 1 year experience working in an industrial setting (May include work in mechanical, construction, fabrication, etc. type environments). Successful candidates will be very detail oriented, able to manage their work in an organized manner, and not afraid to get dirty. Additionally, they should possess the ability to solve problems logically; be able to work without direct supervision in a team environment and have the persistence to see a job through from start to completion. Adherence to safety policies and procedures and ability to follow verbal instructions are job expectations. Candidate selected must pass a drug test as a condition of employment. The hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 4:30 AM - 3:00 PM. Incumbent may be required to work on Friday depending upon production needs

Firearms Assembly Technician (4 Day - 10 Hour Shifts)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assemble firearms in accordance with written instructions
Utilize arbor presses, hand tools and other instruments to assemble firearms according to written instructions
Maintain production rates
Maintain overall quality standards for firearms
Utilize labeling software and tools for identification of all firearms
Test firearms utilizing a variety of test ammunition
Pack firearms/kit contents per instructions
Maintain serial number integrity of firearms
Maintain cleanliness of area
Maintain safe working practices and conditions
Follow instructions as needed
Comply to work standards set for each operation
All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of air guns, airsoft or firearms or mechanical aptitude
Able to communicate issues clearly
Basic Computer Skills
Must have ability to work under minimal supervision
Must be task oriented - Use time wisely
Work well with all other departments
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Hours are Monday - Thursday from 6:00am - 4:30pm
Starting Pay: $14/hr
