We are seeking a skilled Hardtop Assembly Technician to support the assembly and installation of hardtops, ensuring superior quality and attention to detail. Job Summary: The Hardtop Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and installing hardtops according to design specifications and safety standards. This role requires strong technical skills, knowledge of composites and marine assembly practices, and a dedication to precision and quality. Key Responsibilities: · Assemble and install hardtops following blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. · Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety protocols, and company requirements. · Work with fiberglass, composites, adhesives, and fasteners to complete assembly tasks. · Inspect work for accuracy and finish, addressing any issues before final delivery. · Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a safe, clean, and organized condition. · Accurately track materials used and report any shortages or issues to supervisors. · Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality. Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred. · Experience in marine manufacturing or related field strongly preferred. · Strong knowledge of fiberglass, composites, and boat assembly techniques. · Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. · Effective communication and teamwork skills. · Proficiency with hand and power tools used in boat assembly. · Commitment to safety, quality, and craftsmanship. Will conduct 100% inspection of Foley catheters to include inflation of the sac and immersing the product in water. Will be trained to fill in for the Funnel Trim Operator and department Utility. Must be able to lift tote cases weighing up to 35 lbs. Must have accurate record keeping skills, Must follow all GMP/BOP Guidelines. Maintain clean and organized work area as outlined in the GMPs. Other Duties as assigned. Qualification & Skills: High School Diploma or GED. Ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure, including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Accurately able to measure weight, volume and temperature. Physical Demand: While performing this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands or arms (to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls) and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and depth perception. PPE required to perform this job safely includes safety glasses, apron, and appropriate shoes.
