Pouring concrete, including placing, raking, and shoveling concrete. Finishing concrete using various tools/methods such as smooth float, steel trowel, brooming, raking and power trowels to achieve a desired finish. Sandblasting Duties Locating products stored in the Yard that have been approved for sandblasting. Sandblasting concrete surfaces according to the specifications of approved designs. Follows instructions, guidelines and procedures timely and accurately. Looks for ways to improve processes, reduce errors and increase efficiencies. Performing plant cleanup/housekeeping including putting away tools, sweeping debris and cleaning cluttered areas. Adhering to safety standards. Operating and maintaining man-lift, and other machinery including overhead cranes Driving yard vehicles, including truck, trailer, tractor and/or Tucker/Redimix truck on company grounds.
