Required skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Operator to join our team in the production of windshield washer pumps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling various components of the pump, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient production processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform spot welding, riveting, and screwing fasteners to assemble pump components.
Manually assemble small, sensitive components such as O-rings and gaskets.
Apply lubricants to specific parts as required.
Conduct testing using mechanical testers to ensure product quality and functionality.
Operate production equipment including spot welders, riveters, pneumatic presses, and testers.
Handle and manage small spills of washer fluid safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
**QUALIFICATIONS **(Education, Experience, & Skills required
Experience in manual assembly and use of power tools.
Ability to operate production equipment such as spot welders, riveters, pneumatic presses, and testers.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
