**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Follow work instructions to build circuit board-based products. + Perform operations including but not limited to: + Soldering or Machining + Use basic hand tools and battery-operated screw drivers and drills + Mechanically assemble a range of various controls, tools, and probes + Glue probes and assemblies + Accurately label manufactured products + Track and document serial number accuracy + Measure and cut wires + Complete work order forms + Assist with testing and verifying finished items that meet standards. + Performs vital housekeeping duties to maintain clean work environment. + Must meet department quality, attendance, and productivity requirements. + Must perform duties in compliance with all safety rules and regulations required by Company, federal, state, and local provisions. + Other duties as assigned. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + High School diploma or equivalent experience required. + 6 months' experience soldering, building, or machining in a manufacturing or similar setting. + Must possess strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal direction. + Able to complete daily tasks with utmost attention to detail. + Must be able to follow verbal and/or written instructions. **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + Prior electronics assembly experience **Our Culture & Commitment to You** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
