What You'll Get to Do
The Production Worker is focused on handling glass pieces and rotating them through various phases of cutting, tempering, and laminating processes. This includes on/off-loading from tables, rolling racks, or wooden crates and reports to the Production Supervisor.
This role is perfect for an individual with a strong attention to detail particularly in areas of safety, quality, and efficiency, strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment. A vital member of the Production Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.
Job responsibilities include:
On/off-loading glass product from tables, rolling racks and wood crates for 10 or more hours
Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements while effectively using a tape measure
Transport of materials including glass from one position/location to another to expedite the production process
Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment
Perform different job functions on a rotating basis across different departments

Take the lead in crafting our signature gummy blends. You'll manage the cooking line, ensure every batch hits exact specs, KPIs and work closely with your team to ensure smooth operations from prep to final batch.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and mix pectin and ingredients with precision
Monitor equipment performance and batch quality (Brix, pH)
Maintain accurate and compliant batch records
Lead line clearance procedures and pass-down briefings
🍬 Depositor
Are you detail-obsessed? This role is all about accuracy and consistency. You'll ensure our gummies look great, weigh perfectly, and meet every quality standard as they move through the depositor.
Key Responsibilities:
Program depositor PLC settings and set up equipment
Perform in-process visual checks and weight verifications
Collaborate with Cook and Spreader to maintain flow and quality
Clean and maintain depositor components between runs
📦 Spreader
You'll be the final checkpoint before our gummies head to the drying room. From weight checks to tray organization, you'll keep everything in line and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Spread gummies evenly onto trays exiting the cooling tunnel
Perform and document in-process weight checks
Report issues to the Depositor to avoid production downtime
Organize, weigh, and prepare trays for the Dry Room
🛠️ What You'll Bring to the Team:
High school diploma or GED (must be 18+)
Reliable, punctual and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience working in a GMP/cGMP regulated facility is a major plus
At least 2 years of experience in food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing (GMP/cGMP experience preferred)
A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality, ability to follow SOP's and hit KPIs
Ability to learn quickly, follow procedures, and adapt to a fast-paced environment

What you will do as an Energetic Assembler

Performs basic and intricate electronic/electro-mechanical assembly functions on prototype and production type hardware according to company workmanship standards and military or client specifications. Assists in the development and wiring of engineering models and in the development of assembly methods and wire lists. Uses hand or power tools to trim, shim, cut, and make other adjustments to fit components together and align them properly. May assist in instructing and training lower-level assemblers. Reads and interprets wiring lists and assembly drawings to work orders using work instructions. May perform any rework from test failures in accordance with standard repair procedures and may set up and operate automated assembly equipment. At the most senior level may serve as a team leader providing training to new staff and evaluating the performance and finished work of assigned staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Determine Detail/Hardware locations per blueprints and mylars
Set-up and operate Drill Press, Pneumatic drills, “C” squeezes, Hand Squeezes, Rivet Pullers.
Set up countersinks per fastener requirements and shop router
Monitor and work with very tight tolerances
Drill holes in structure and subassemblies, and attaches brackets, hinges, or clips to secure installation or to fasten subassemblies per blueprint and customer specifications.
Install units, parts, equipment, and components in structural assembly, according to blueprints and specifications, using hand tools and power tools.
Bolt, screw, or rivet accessories to fasten, support, or hang components and subassemblies.
Locate and mark reference points and holes for installation of parts and components, using jigs, templates, and measuring instruments.
Inspects and tests installed units, parts, and equipment for fit, performance, and compliance with standards, using measuring instruments and test equipment.
Position and align subassemblies in jigs or fixtures, using measuring instruments, following blueprint lines and index points.
Complete all required training and any additional training required by supervisor.
Complete quality documentation
Perform preventative maintenance on assembly presses and tooling
Verify part and hardware count to shop router

Responsible for overall performance of designated gummi confectionery line (CP80, Fude300, etc.). Additionally responsible for cooking gummi slurry to proper Brix and pH for designated kettle.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Prepared pectin premixes
Machine functions check and line clearance check
Monitoring kettle, storage and hopper temps
Prepare pectin mixtures
Batch record initiation
Solution cook process and correlated documentation of the process
Solution transfers and dispense initiation Finalization and quality checks of the batch records
Between run line clearances
Shift briefings (information pass-down to next shift Lead Cook/Cook)
Depositor:
Responsible to insure the gummies meet target piece-weight and visual quality (tails, doubles, hats, etc.) specification.

Performs check / verification steps on the batch record for the Lead Cook / Cook
Prep the mold tracks for each run
Program setting on depositor PLC
Set up sprayer and fill sprayer-well

Prepare the line between batches (clean conveyor belt, stack trays, position charts, etc.)
Collect the gummies as they exit the conveyor and spread evenly on the tray
Stack the filled tray onto the assigned carts starting from top to bottom
Perform quality weight checks and document on Batch Record
Inform the Depositor
immediately
if any of your quality weight checks are out of spec
After run is complete, weigh each tray and cover the tray with plastic
Fill out necessary paperwork and bring them to the designated Dry Room
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (must be at least 18 years old)
Previous manufacturing experience with 2 years minimum experience in food manufacturing and/or packaging, pharmaceutical or other cGMP manufacturing and/or packaging, chemical processing and/or laboratory environment.
Attention to detail in all aspects of job responsibilities, including but not limited to good documentation practices, strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedure and Manufacturing Batch Record instructions, equipment and area hygiene and safety, and cGMP adherence.
Accurately and precisely operate laboratory scales, refractometers, pH meters, and other simple but precision measurement devices.
The ability to perform all job functions in direct compliance with written instruction.
The ability to quickly comprehend the set-up, operation, controls and trouble-shooting of equipment.
