Job Description
Our client, an international footwear brand, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to support the creation of toolkits, guidelines, and presentation decks that align with global retail visual merchandising and marketing initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring that both upstream and downstream deliverables are executed accurately and on time. To be considered, you must be comfortable in both Keynote and PowerPoint - samples will be required.
Our client is open to someone junior or mid-level - the decks won't be totally custom from scratch, a lot of it will be building off of templates and plugging in approved imagery, copy, content etc. Think of this as a Presentation Production Designer to some degree.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and produce communication materials such as seasonal toolkits and go-to-market decks using
Keynote and PowerPoint (program varies by deliverable).
Utilize existing templates to streamline document creation and maintain brand consistency.
Build Downstream Toolkits/Guidelines that provide store teams with clear instructions for in-store product and marketing presentation. These documents include:
Visual merchandising renders
Zoning plans
Mannequin looks
Product boards
Marketing appendices
Support Upstream Deliverables for cross-functional teams and regional corporate planning (e.g., Go-To-Market, Retail Roll-Out).
Qualifications
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Keynote and PowerPoint
Project Management: Exceptional time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines.
Collaboration: Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team; strong communication skills to keep stakeholders informed on progress and challenges.

What You Can Expect
In this in-office role in Westborough, MA, you'll work day-to-day with an RTL engineer to verify their design. Their design is in Verilog; you'll use System Verilog to debug. You'll run simulations using Synopsys VCS or a similar program, and then debug as needed until the design meets required specifications. You'll also work closely with DFT engineers who are working in parallel on your blocks.
You'll attend weekly staff meetings to go over what everyone is working on and update your progress or address any issues. As you take responsibility for larger blocks, you may have to present to a review committee and explain your test plan and test schedule for those larger blocks.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role you must:
* Be currently pursuing your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* Your coursework must have included some logic design, Verilog or VHDL, basic circuits, and computer architecture. You should have a focus in VLSI or show projects in your courses that directly relate to chip design.
* You have used a tool like Synopsys, Cadence, or Mentor to run simulations and you can write and debug a testbench.
* Be comfortable working in a Linux environment and doing scripting with Python.
* Be extremely detail-oriented and ready to iterate a design over and over again until it is refined completely.
* Work and communicate well with your team, keeping them in the loop about your progress, issues you encounter, and any deviations from the planned schedule.

Produce computer aided design (CAD) drawings.
Collaborate with sales staff in the design of projects involving warehouse products. Assist in determining and verifying building measurements and other related information required for proper design. Create alternative designs to enhance space utilization, increase product flow, improve efficiency, and reduce cost.
Collaborate with sales staff and customers regarding required changes to existing drawings.

SASAKI STRATEGIES SPECIFIC - ************************************************************
As a Strategies intern, you will join our small team of Product and UX Designers, Software Developers, Data and Spatial Analysts. The Sasaki Strategies team addresses issues like urban equity, climate and ecological analysis through innovative tech tools and solutions. Your involvement will depend on our primary activities over the summer. You will help out on software development sprints, user research, UI + UX design; data visualization and analysis; and learning about our existing suite of tools and applying our tools on design projects. Candidates must either have completed or be in the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree. While we have only one internship position, we will consider candidates with a variety of skills and focus areas. The role is multifaceted and can be adapted to get the most out of the skills you bring (you are
not
expected to be able to perform all tasks listed below).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with project teams to define requirements
- Ideate solutions with the Strategies team
- Participate in pin-ups and team discussions
- Assist teams in maintaining and updating outreach initiatives
- Conduct research into tools
- Support in-house research initiatives
- Assist with user research & listening sessions
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, quality testing and retrospectives
- Take tickets on software development sprints and help complete tasks
- Help produce marketing materials for tools
- Assist with data processing and visualization
- Conduct spatial analysis on projects

Job Duties
* Produce computer aided design (CAD) drawings.
* Collaborate with sales staff in the design of projects involving warehouse products. Assist in determining and verifying building measurements and other related information required for proper design. Create alternative designs to enhance space utilization, increase product flow, improve efficiency, and reduce cost.
* Collaborate with sales staff and customers regarding required changes to existing drawings.
* Meet with sales staff and customers at customer locations. Visit sites before, during and after equipment installation to respond to installation questions and to ensure proper installation.
* Work closely with Warehouse Solutions Coordinator regarding the scheduling and progress of material delivery. Assist in the coordination of equipment required for installation and perform coordinator functions as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
* Associate Degree in Computer Aided Design or at least 5 years experience with technical drawing in a business environment.
* Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
* Occasional travel required.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the design and development of high-performance mixed-signal integrated circuits while working alongside industry experts.
About the Role
As a Mixed-Signal Design Intern, you'll support the design and development of analog and digital circuit blocks used in a wide range of applications. You'll gain exposure to the full mixed-signal design flow, including simulation, verification, and evaluation of integrated circuits.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Assisting in the design and simulation of mixed-signal circuits such as ADCs, DACs, PLLs, and power management blocks
* Supporting block-level verification and lab testing to ensure performance meets specifications
* Performing simulations for timing, performance, and electromagnetic modeling
