Seeking a Natural Gas Distribution Designer with 3 or more years of experience. The position is responsible for designing and developing construction plans for gas distribution systems. Responsibilities: * Create detailed CAD drawings for gas main and service installations.
* Design and update comprehensive base drawings, piping plans, and bills of materials.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
* Review and check designs for adherence to standards and regulations.
* Coordinate with other design disciplines including right of way, environmental, survey, and project engineers/managers.

* Analyze and interpret engineering data and customer requirements.
Qualifications
* Associate's degree or certificate in CAD, Drafting, or Design from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience is required.

* Proficiency in MicroStation or similar design software.
* Strong knowledge of natural gas systems principles, practices, and methods of operation.
* Understanding of pipes, meters, regulators, and materials common to natural gas distribution systems.
* Familiarity with public works design standards, materials, and construction is a plus.
* Ability to perform mathematical calculations and cost analysis for gas load and project estimation.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Civil (road construction and improvement experience) experience a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Develop expert-level product knowledge in cabinetry & countertop offerings available.
Learn Spruce software to create quotes, orders, and accurately order projects, confirm acknowledgments, and complete shipping paperwork to ensure impeccable customer service!
Work closely with the entire Cabinetry team to maximize each account's potential.
Explore opportunities to elevate builders to new categories and make them more profitable.
Work directly with the builder/homeowner during product selections when possible. Use your skills and confidence to become a valued and trusted consultant.
Become an expert on competitive products and specifically the differences between “us and them.”
Ensure that service issues are addressed within 48 hours. “48 hour solution resolution”
Answer customer service phone calls and assist walk-in customers with a smile!
As you grow in your role you will assist in training and motivating new team members.

Position Overview:
As an Industrial Designer within Mercury Marine's Product Development team, you will lead user interface (UI) design to help shape the future of marine experiences. This role blends physical product design with digital interface development, ensuring seamless integration between form, function, and user interaction across our award-winning propulsion systems, controls, and digital displays.

Essential Functions:
Concept Development: Generate innovative product concepts through sketching, 3D modeling, and rendering
UI/UX Design and Integration: Collaborate with UX designers and software engineers to design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for marine displays and controls
Human-Centered Design: Apply ergonomic and usability principles to both physical and digital touchpoints
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key functional stakeholders to ensure design feasibility, viability while delivering end user desirability
Prototyping: Develop physical and digital prototypes for user testing and stakeholder review
Design Research: Conduct trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, and user research to inform design direction
CMF Strategy: Define and apply color, material, and finish strategies that align with Mercury's premium brand identity
Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interaction Design
5 years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in UI or digital interface design
Strong portfolio demonstrating both physical product design and UI/UX work
Proficiency in tools such as Alias, KeyShot, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma or Adobe XD
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing for digital displays, touch interfaces, or embedded systems
Familiarity with marine, automotive, or outdoor recreation industries
Passion for boating, marine technology, or outdoor adventure
Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
The anticipated pay range for this position is $84,500 - $136,100 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus program. At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
