Strong knowledge of design documentation, detailing, and coordination with consultants. Understanding of building codes and professional standards (AIA, RIBA, ARB, or equivalent). Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Experience in computational design tools (Grasshopper) preferred.
