Responsibilities * Design construction and marine type projects using Revit/BIM 360. * Work with Revit families and legends to create comprehensive designs. * Collaborate on creating accurate construction documents and blueprints. * Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently. * Receive training on marine concepts while applying Revit expertise. Essential Skills * Minimum of 3 years of experience with Revit/BIM 360. * At least 2 years of design experience in marine, construction, architectural, or industrial spaces. * Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, Civil 3D, and construction documents. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Knowledge of Revit families, legends, and corridors. * Experience in marine projects is a plus. * Familiarity with BIM 360 is advantageous. * Background in structural design and construction. What You'll Bring • Associates degree in Drafting & Design is preferred. • Experience in drafting disciplines with a background in civil / structural or transmission design is strongly preferred. • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the electric utility industry performing detailed CAD/design for high voltage transmission line projects. • Experience with 3D design software (AutoCad Inventor, SDS, etc.) is preferred. • Word processing, spread sheet, and e-mail software. • Extensive knowledge of various CADD programs • Basic knowledge of the major components of transmission lines • Basic oral and written communications • Working in a team environment • Communicating effectively with co-workers • Able to deal with ambiguity and ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and determine priorities in a complex environment.
