REQUIREMENTS: Two (2) years of customer service experience, which includes working with personal computers and Microsoft Office applications. High school diploma or GED preferred. Additional qualifying education and/or experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities may be substituted on a year for year basis. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. In the event of a hurricane, major storm, natural or man-made disaster that may threaten the area, the employee will be required to perform emergency duties as directed.

Primary duties include overseeing and participating in the collection of fees along with following established procedures for monthly cardholder usage, validations, access control, and special events. Duties also include greeting guests and providing them directions to areas of interest or explaining rates and parking facility information, monitoring and maintaining inventory, conducting facility counts or documenting counts or lane usage, and preparing daily reports. Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods, often under hot and humid condition and in inclement weather. Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds. Requires ability to work a fast-paced environment for four hours without breaks. Requires sharp attention to detail. Involves performing duties under adverse conditions such as exposure to exhaust fumes, excessive noise, working in confined area, exposure to outdoor conditions including inclement weather, and standing/walking for extended periods of time.
Work Schedule:
