**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Attend to women's or men's (same gender as associate) Respite Room to maintain order, cleanliness and amenities; replenish clean towel supply throughout the facility.

+ Support the maintenance staff with daily readings/testing of water in the Spa Relaxation Pool. Maintain neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area.
+ Advise Spa Hostess on food and beverage replenishment during the day.
+ Assist Group Coordinator with setup tasks involving special group requirements. For example, setup of signage and message boards, etc.
+ Know and understand The American Club resort property and its businesses to provide information for guests.
+ Consistently maintain cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and if needed, flooring.
+ Keep spa technicians informed - do not assume ANYTHING!
