    Under the direction of the Purchasing Supervisor, the Crib Attendant works inside and out of the parts crib to ensure that parts and supplies are received and distributed in an efficient and timely manner. Assists team members to facilitate operations. Must have strong customer service skills and be able to work independently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Uses operating software, Bar code Scanners, computers, and printers to maximize safety, time, and the efficient storage of parts and supplies. · Gives clients all information regarding the available products and helps customers make the right choice in selecting parts and supplies. · Ensures the appropriate storage and stock of all parts. · Ensures the appropriate replenishment of stock. Keeps accurate records and confirms any loss. Notifies immediate supervisor as soon as possible of any losses, discrepancies and/or violations of any policy. · Assists team members to timely source, obtain and track the appropriate parts and supplies. · Adheres to proper procedures including (but not limited to) Lockout Tagout procedure. · Adheres to all Dicastal NA policies and procedures and all local, state, and federal laws and regulations that are applicable. · Conducts all business safely and in a fair and ethical manner, with the highest regard for customer service. Skills and Experience · High school diploma preferred · Should have excellent oral and written communication skills · Should have the skills of working in a team and managing work with other divisions. · Should have excellent time management skills and the ability to achieve the targets · Should be able to enter, balance, check and run reports from systems and electronic processes, including but not limited to SAP, Excel, Word, Outlook, DMS.
