Malibu Coast Animal Hospital (MCAH) is a well-known multi-doctor practice that operates seven days per week. We specialize in general medicine and surgery, orthopedic surgery, endoscopy, laparoscopy, ultrasound, dentistry and dermatology. We also offer therapeutic laser treatment with a K-Laser as well as boarding and bathing for our canine and feline patients.
The Kennel Attendant sees to the needs of our boarding pets and non-veterinary patients and works in cooperation with other team members to ensure that the care of the animals is tended to in a timely and professional manner. Job Duties include (but are not limited to) the following:
Patient Care
Daily cleaning and sanitizing of boarding facilities
Animal Handling and Training (lifting up to 40lbs, on leash walks)
Grooming (bathing, brushing, trimming nails & anal gland expression)
