1987

1987 ASHRAE forms a committee to begin developing a standardized building automation and control networking protocol, which is now known as BACnet®.

1989

Brown’s son and daughter-in-law purchased CSC in 1989.

1995

Dave had been active in both the BACnet and LON communities since 1995.

1995 Gary Hull of Automated Logic awards CSC the prestigious President’s Award for its success as the year’s top performing field office.

2000

2000 Automated Logic introduces WebCTRL as a true web-based building automation platform.

2002

In 2002 Eric and Dave wrote The Informational Model the Key to Integration.

2004

In April 23, 2004 - Carrier Corporation, a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation (NYSE:UTX), has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Automated Logic Corporation, a technology leader in building automation systems

2004 CSC consolidates its offices into a new 12,000-square-foot building in Lee’s Summit, Mo., positioning itself for future growth.

2005

The introduction of BACnet International sparked the interest of attendees at the BACnet Conference & Expo 2005.

2006

New in 2006―BACnet International

2009

2009 CSC expands its services by adding lighting control systems to its portfolio of building automation system offerings.

2013

2013 CSC celebrates the addition of its 50th employee as part of its continued commitment to outstanding client service.

2016

2016 As part of its continued investment in smart buildings, CSC adds a security division and structured cabling division to its technical complement, developing synergies between all aspects of building technology.

2018

2018 Automated Logic recognizes CSC as Dealer of the Year due to its superior field performance, excellent customer service, sustained yearly growth and community engagement.
