Under the direction of the Design Quality Assurance Manager, our software testers go above and beyond to promote an experience that helps individuals reach their fitness goals. All this while keeping in mind their privacy and accessibility needs through concrete bug prevention strategies and our dynamic quality concepts.
While you will be dedicated to a local agile team with other testers and developers, you are an integral part of our Global Design Quality Assurance group consisting of Test Engineers for hardware, software, system, integration and regulatory. You will have ample opportunities to exchange ideas, strategies and tools that not only help to improve your testing efficiency but also grow your skills as a tester. This is a non-supervisory position.
Responsibilities:
· Author test cases, test scenarios, test plans and test cycles for multiple embedded android-based system
· Convert manual test cases (regression & feature test scenarios) into automated tests scripts for execution
· Execute automated test scripts in our state-of-the-art test center
· Participate in the review of requirements for product software design and functional specifications
· Collaborate with the Product Development teams to understand the requirements and develop & manage the test scenarios for all the new development projects
· Communicate, prioritize, and track test execution, defects, and issues appropriately and recommend corrective action whenever required
· Facilitate functional testing, regression testing, UI testing, and performance testing for all feature requirements
· Investigate root cause of isolated issues during the software development lifecycle process
· Deliver quality products by thoroughly testing throughout all phases of development life cycle (Regression, Functional, Integration, End to End testing) using a combination of testing methods
· Develop testing tools that can improve the reliability and efficiency of testing

This role is a senior leader on the Retail Strategy and Activation team, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure our products reach pet owners with precision and impact.
Duties & Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Develops and leads omnichannel marketing strategies in collaboration with our retailers and sales team.
Translates business goals into performance KPIs and campaign frameworks that drive customer acquisition, retention, and ROI.
Partners with shopper marketing, brand, and sales teams to align messaging and promotional calendars across retailers.
Analytics & Optimization:
Owns campaign reporting and insights, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, PowerBI, and retailer dashboards.
Drives continuous optimization through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel analysis.
Collaborates with data science and forecasting teams to inform targeting and “next best action” recommendations.
Retail & Agency Partnerships:
Manages relationships with external media agencies and retail media networks (e.g., Walmart Connect, Amazon Ads, Petco RMN.
Works closely with retail partners to co-develop campaigns and secure premium placements.
Ensures compliance with retailer guidelines and maximize visibility across digital shelves.
Leadership & Collaboration:
Mentors and inspires a small team of performance marketers and analysts.
Influences cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, sales, IT, and finance.
Presents campaign results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
Eight to ten (8-10) years in performance marketing, preferably in CPG, retail, or animal health.
Deep expertise in promotional campaigns, paid media, analytics, and retail media networks.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a bias for action.
Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
Passion for animal health and driving impact and improvement through data.

In this role, you will work with a team of industry experts to help the world's leading companies solve their most difficult problems. What You'll Do
You'll work individually and in teams to support capital projects and implement solutions for our clients. Together, you will help our clients make critical changes to improve their performance and realize their most important goals.
* Apply your knowledge of programming methods, electrical design and engineering problem solving to 21st century manufacturing practices
* Design, program, and troubleshoot automated machinery and line control systems
* Travel to top clients across the country to assist in the design of manufacturing processes, help manage projects, and develop facilities
* Impact the world by conducting yourself with integrity in pursuit of individual and business goals

What You'll Bring
* The ability to simultaneously organize and execute multiple project responsibilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with management, clients, and vendors
* Co-op or project experience with electrical engineering and PLC automation applications (preferred)
* Co-op or project experience with semiconductor, data Center, pharmaceutical, consumer products, and high-speed environments (preferred)
* A willingness to travel for project requirements including installation and start-up activities, client and company sponsored meetings, trainings, industry related seminars, forums, and conventions
* A bachelor of science in electrical or computer engineering, or an equivalent technical degree
