When interacting with customers, seeks to deliver exceptional guest experiences by going above-and-beyond. When not interacting with guests, gives priority to helping other team members deliver exceptional guest experiences (e.g., by being highly responsive to their requests for information or assistance that will help them serve our guests).
Treats all co-workers, customers, and vendors professionally and with respect.
Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to the dealership dress code.
Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required aftermarket parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Informs customers and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full aftermarket product line.
Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
Pulls and fills orders from stock.
Keeps up with inventory and notifies manager of out-of-stocks.
Assists outside sales representatives with their orders.
Bills on the service repair order.
Receives payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
Ensures that all charge sales are signed by the customer and that all customers receive their copy of the invoice.
Must be at least eighteen years of age
Must have a valid Driver's License
Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background and drug test)

The Vehicle Acquisition Specialist role is to acquire additional inventory for the dealership by purchasing customer vehicles. Our associates provide an exceptional customer experience, appropriately managing the customer's expectations, and communicating throughout the We'll Buy Your Car process. The Associate will strive to deliver on the "check within an hour" promise of the We'll Buy Your Car program.
This position provides the ability to work flexible hours and offers hourly pay plus a bonus for each vehicle purchased.

Job Responsibilities:
* Responds to incoming leads through AutoNation and third-party websites, by phone, internet and walk-in traffic
* Utilizes all available resources to identify and engage private parties looking to sell their vehicle
* Set up appointments with potential customers to visit the dealership for an appraisal
* Executes the AutoNation We'll Buy Your Car Same-Day Payment process
* Reviews vehicle condition reports and inspects vehicles onsite
* Interacts with customers throughout the day, both in person and over the phone
* Refer customers who prefer to trade-in instead of selling their vehicles to the sales team
Qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Extremely self-motivated
* Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
* Ability to drive an exceptional Customer experience
* Demonstrated communication, prospecting, and interpersonal skills
* Organization and follow-up skills
* Experience and desire to work with technology
* Using sound judgement, research, and excellent interpersonal skills to make offers on vehicles
* Valid In-State Driver's License and an acceptable, safe driving record
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time
