The Retail Parts Shipping and Receiving Associate verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment. Assures proper control of parts inventory and related administrative functions. The Inbound Operations Supervisor helps drive the successful execution of all receiving freight and stocking activities. Reporting to the Inbound Operations Manager, this role ensures loads are scheduled and received on time, applicable paperwork is reconciled, OS&Ds are filed and sellable quality parts are stocked; they also ensure inbound products are properly sorted, stocked, and reconciled. The Inbound Operations Supervisor holds themselves to a high standard of operational execution, while also contributing to a culture of engagement, empowerment and problem-solving. Tools & Equipment Technical Sales Specialist The Tools and Equipment Technical Sales Specialist is responsible for generating and increasing Tools and Equipment sales through NAPA stores and the end user accounts they service. This customer facing role focuses on coordinating and implementing market share-driving products and programs as the street level within a defined sales territory.
