Survey Crew Chief Essential Duties and Functions Include:

**POSITION SUMMARY**

+ Capable of implementing all site-specific processes and procedures such as procedure creation and review standards, procedure instructions and templates, reporting an incident or outage, procedure execution, PM standards, CMMS standards and policy, work order and notification, as well as the use of SharePoint to access CE procedures and training content.
+ Understand the sequence of operations, how a failure of a piece of critical equipment impact other systems, and have a holistic view of the critical environment infrastructure and ability to comprehend the effect of any actions on a piece of critical equipment or systems, including: MV/LV Distribution Boards, MV/LV Breakers, UPS, Generator, Batteries, STS, ATS, AHU, DX units, Chillers, Evap Washer Systems, CRAC Units, Fuel Systems, ASCO Systems, BMS System, EPMS System, and Fire Alarm System.
+ Understand how to action all site primary and secondary EOP's, focusing on mastering the operator role during an emergency response. Capable of leading drills associated with the site primary and secondary EOP's.
+ Organize safe maintenance principles for regulating and scheduling planned and unplanned activities, as well as establish and meet deadlines for work/projects. Interprets building codes and local and federal regulations as they relate to installations and applies them as required by the site.
+ Maintain maintenance records as required by City, State, and EPA regulations.
+ Requires meeting all requirements of CET-2
