Linda is the President of AVIA, the leading network for health systems seeking to innovate and transform by unlocking the power of digital. She has a passion for execution and sustainable change, and is an accomplished business leader with more than 20 years of experience running successful companies. As a health care innovator, she has collaborated with health systems and provider groups to accelerate innovation and transform care delivery while improving quality, increasing patient satisfaction, and reducing cost. Prior to AVIA, Linda served as Chief Operating Officer of Accretive Health’s population health business, as well as COO and co-head of Bowne Business Solutions, now Williams Lea USA, and President of Donnelley Business Services. Linda holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Stanford University.

An experienced general manager and C-level executive with a focus on helping organizations navigate the transformation underway in the healthcare industry. I have broad based experience over a 15+ year career within the healthcare payor, provider, IT, consulting and services sectors. I have also worked in or led numerous business functions including strategy, sales, marketing, account management, product development, operations, and finance.

My foundation is a keen sense of the market and and in-depth understanding of customer needs. Throughout my career, I have developed and communicated compelling visions and strategies for relevant internal and external stakeholders. I am known, however, as a pragmatic operator with a track record of driving change and implementing innovative solutions to challenging business model and go-to-market issues.

A strong believer in the importance of purpose, mastery, and autonomy as the 3 critical drivers of intrinsic motivation, I have been highly successful at recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent.
