In 1995, Allen, Williams, and Hughes, otherwise known as AWH, was officially founded.
In 1997 the team built its first software product, an e-commerce platform for Microsoft called GeoMerchant.
1997 Foundation of the first affiliate NEUMO - POLSKA Sp.
2001 The first construction phase announces the extension of Armaturenwerk Hötensleben GmbH. The warehouse for tubes and pipes moves to the industrial area
2004 The second construction phase is fi nalized by the move of the dispatch warehouse into the newly built warehouse.
By growing in both wool and diversifying its core business offering, the company expanded to become a major service provider to the cotton industry in 2006.
2006 Foundation of the second affiliate Neumo GUS (Moscow)
2009 Completion of the third construction phase in the industrial area comprising the erection of the production plant
2010 Opening of the warehouse for tubes and pipes in Essenbach (Bavaria)
Warren appeared in the Saveur Magazine's "100" in 2010.
2011 Foundation of the representative offices in Lyon (France) and Vienna (Austria)
2012 Reconstruction of the dispatch warehouse - expansion of capacities by 40%
2012 Opening of the production site in Vienna with a warehouse for collection and dispatch
2013 Foundation of NEUMO UK by taking over UK Damstahl
In 2014 Elder’s sold their 50% shareholding to stevedoring and global logistics company DP World Australia.
2015 Opening production site in Firrel (Lower Saxony)
He taught a Master Class on un-manipulated rum during the Moscow Bar Show in 2015 and a class on Mocktails and Acidulated Beverages, AKA: Shrubs at Stonewall Kitchen in York Harbor, Maine.
2018 Foundation of the representative offices in Bucharest (Romania)
He presented at 2018’s SXSW: Disrupting the Cannabis Kitchen and Cannabis Cocktails.
Warren appeared on the television show named Viceland Live on February 27, 2019.
December 20, 2019 – BOSTON, MA – Ascend Wellness Holdings (AWH), a multi-state, vertically integrated cannabis operator, today announced that the company raised $28.2 million in a new and distinct round of financing from anything announced previously.

In Illinois, the company is in the process converting its Springfield and Collinsville Illinois Supply and Provisions stores to adult-use for first day recreational sales planned for January 1, 2020.
The company began growing in November and expects its first harvest in February 2020, allowing them to launch their premium brand, Ozone, in Massachusetts.
