Job Description Banquet Server (On-Call) The Westin Memphis Beale Street Hotel $15.00/Hour Serves food and beverage to guests according to brand food standards. Sets tables with linen, silverware, China, etc., according to size and theme of banquet. Cleans tables after food service, removing linens, silverware, China, etc., to kitchen area. Serves food and beverage to guests according to procedures and fulfills additional requests. This is a part time/ on call position that requires working a variation of shifts based off food and beverage business demands. Banquet Server experience is preferred.
