Basic Qualifications
Bachelors' Degree in a STEM field
Five or more years in leadership as well as 10 years related experience in manufacturing operations, engineering, and/or program management
Experience in leading engineering, manufacturing or program teams
Prior work experience supporting Department of Defense contracts and/or manufacturing organization
Previous experience working with a large union workforce

Perform preventative inspection and basic lubrication of equipment.
* On-Site Training. Perform practical, on-the-equipment training. Answer questions pertaining to operation of equipment while testing customer's test objects. Provide training certificates.
* Prepare and deliver quotations for varying customer service quote requests. Prepare cost analysis and quotations for custom parts and upgrade requests. Prepare quotations for stock parts and services.
* Telephone Support. Communicate with customers to assist with troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of high voltage, high current test equipment.
* Responsible for the direct interaction with the customer. They communicate with customers to know equipment configuration, maintenance status and coordinate final scheduling.
* Make decisions regarding the replacement of faulty stock components on delivered test equipment.
* Make modifications to system after acceptance from Service or Design Engineer.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
* Associates Degree in electrical technology, electronics, or equivalent training.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
* 1 - 3 years of related experience
* Proper use of electrical test equipment to include oscilloscopes, multi-meters, and signal generators.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel.
* Ability to professionally communicate with customers.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (Not Required):
* Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers.
