    About the Role HJ Staffing is looking for a mission-driven and student-centered Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our partner school district. In this role, you will help shape positive behavioral outcomes by developing effective interventions, empowering educators, and ensuring students receive the individualized support they need to thrive. What You'll Do Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Provide both direct and indirect behavioral support across assigned campuses. Coach and collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff to model effective behavior management strategies. Use data-driven methods to monitor progress, adjust interventions, and ensure student success. Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development sessions. Maintain full compliance with district, state, and federal special education regulations. What You Bring Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Active BCBA certification (required). Experience in a K-12 public school environment preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. Ability and willingness to travel between school sites as needed.
