We provide home-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders throughout the states of Illinois and Texas. In addition to in-home services, we provide center-based programs throughout Illinois. Our center-based services include; rehab services, mental health services, and tutoring services. Job Description Opportunity - Behavioral Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA) - We are searching for highly-motivated, experienced analysts with strong clinical and interpersonal skills. Successful candidates will have strong repertoires in the following areas; verbal behavior instruction, functional assessment, problem behavior reduction programming, and staff training/supervision. Responsibilities include: Oversee staff of therapists inclusive of training, counseling, coaching, mentoring, and leading them to become better at providing their critically important work. Interface with families and children supervising the implementation of assessment goals, behavior plans, and ongoing monitoring of progress within each child's program. Interface with other professionals communicating the rationale of behavioral intervention in general and how the program designed for a specific child is resulting in significant clinical change. Qualifications Qualified candidates will possess: BCBA with current certification or BCaBA Previous experience working in a reputable clinic, home, or school program is highly desirable. Must have a strong background in setting up language programs to facilitate the acquisition of communication skills. Consultants should be able to work with children who range from high functioning to low functioning ASD and be able to develop and supervise the implementation of clinical programs in the home, school, and community environments. Motivated, excellent work ethic, high degree of quality work. Able to work independently and as a team member in a dynamic, fast paced environment including one that is building structure and process as it goes along; must be flexible and patient. Work with minimal direction. Great team player! Leadership Skills: At minimum, the job requires the individual to develop and direct the accurate implementation of ABA programs by therapists, parents and other professionals working with a child.
