Position: Behavior Interventionist Behavior Interventionists provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. You will work one-on-one with clients, helping them build communication, social, and self-help skills while collaborating with a supportive and experienced clinical team. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Collect and record data on client progress. Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments. Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Qualifications High School Diploma REQUIRED Bachelors or Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or related field (preferred but not required). Valid California drivers license and reliable transportation. Must pass TB test. Must pass criminal background check & fingerprint clearance.
