Reports to Programs Manager Job Description The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a professional who practices under the close, ongoing clinical supervision of the Programs Manager. The BCBA provides individual and group clinical assessment, family training and support programming, and treatment for individuals ages up to twenty-four years who have, or who may be at risk for: neurodevelopmental delays and disabilities and social/emotional/behavioral disorders.
