Access to continuing education workshops and trainings (we are an ASHA and BACB ACE provider) Team-building meetings, events, and trainings Now Hiring: Fee For Service, Hourly and/or Full Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) LOCATION: Positions available throughout New Jersey - Middlesex County JOBRESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and work with caregivers to create meaningful goals and treatment plans Design behavior intervention plans Create functional specific, observable, and measurable goals for behavior therapists and caregivers to implement. Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavioral therapists assigned to cases, incorporating behavioral skills training and specific performance feedback while ensuring clinical integrity of the programs. Clinically review session notes on a regular basis for assigned behavior therapists Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes Ensure that progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants in therapy through specific goals, training sessions, and communication. Conduct reassessments at least twice per year while summarizing data and progress for each client supervised Regular communication with parents, behavioral therapists, and the Achieve Beyond office is required Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and State & Federal regulations). Ensure that all programs are socially significant, functional, and lead to independence and happiness!(services, programs, schedule, staff, etc.) REQUIREMENTS: Must have a passion for ABA and working with children, families, and therapists! Masters Degree in (Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, Psychology). BCBA Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher field supervision Must be self-motivated, a team player, and exercise patience/professionalism. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Physical Requirements: Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases including but not limited to driving personal vehicle, walking, and/or use of public transportation such as a bus or train. ROLE DESCRIPTION: BASS ABA is looking to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA Case Supervisor) in your area. A BCBA is a patient-centered professional with experience promoting patient achievement of greater independence in-home, at school, and within the community. Effectively aligns goal development and implementation strategies to promote company objectives and ensure exceptional progress related to established care plans. RESPONSIBILITIES: Administers, conducts, evaluates and supervises the implementation of behavioral assessment measures (e.g., ABLLS, VB-MAPP, Vineland II-R) and functional assessment measures. Develops individualized goals and objectives for home-, community-, and center-based programs and designs behavior intervention plans based on functional assessment data. Ensures appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives. Teaches Consultants and Behavior Therapists on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems. Conducts regular caregiver and/or teacher training and consultation. Is responsible for ongoing individual program oversight and conducting weekly/biweekly supervision meetings with Consultants and Behavior Therapists. Meets regularly with the clinical director and notifies her/him immediately of issues impacting clients progress and satisfaction. Completes all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner as requested by the clinical director. Oversees and directs the scheduling of BCBAs, Consultants, and Behavioral Therapists as needed. Maintains billable caseload and documents billable hours according to BASS policies and state and federal regulation. Develops written reports documenting behavior recommendations for parents, caregivers, and agency personnel in a timely and accurate manner. Participate in interviewing and hiring new candidates as needed. Provide input on case assignments/staffing as needed. Actively communicates BASSs outreach efforts to community. Responds to referrals for service in a timely and appropriate manner. Participates in professional meetings or conferences deemed to be beneficial to BASSs development and improvement. Adheres to the mission, vision and values of BASS. QUALIFICATIONS: Masters in behavior analysis, Psychology, special education, social work, speech language pathology, or related field required, Ph.D. preferred. Active BCBA certification. At least three years experience serving individuals with ASDs with a full range of skills and abilities. Strong knowledge and deep understanding of behavior analytic interventions and concepts; experience delivering these services. Experience with staff training and supervision. Must be proficient with ABA Program/Goal Development, Behavior Reduction Protocols, Skills Acquisition Procedures (DTT, NET), and Staff Training. Must have excellent writing and communication skills. Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask. Must be able to work well as part of a team. CentralReach Experience is a plus.
