At least three years experience serving individuals with ASDs with a full range of skills and abilities. Strong knowledge and deep understanding of behavior analytic interventions and concepts; experience delivering these services. Experience with staff training and supervision. Must be proficient with ABA Program/Goal Development, Behavior Reduction Protocols, Skills Acquisition Procedures (DTT, NET), and Staff Training. Must have excellent writing and communication skills. Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask. Must be able to work well as part of a team. CentralReach Experience is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding the companys mission statement.
