We're looking for a compassionate Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. You'll be a part of a collaborative, well-structured environment that leverages electronic data collection and evidence-based behavior management strategies to provide high-quality, individualize care for children with autism. Salary 81-90k per year depending on experience
Position Details:
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our ABA Center in Dearborn, MI
Support a caseload an average of 8 - 12 children diagnosed with autism between the ages of 2 and 21.
Flexible schedule: Monday - Friday. Flexibility to set your schedule between 9am-7:30pm.
Provide ABA assessment, treatment planning, and case supervision within a structured clinical setting.
Supervise and mentor behavior technicians.
Conduct parent training once a month.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation per payer and agency guidelines.

Perform functional behavior assessments and document in the information network system.

Under the clinical direction of the designated Clinical Supervisor and the administrative direction of the Program Supervisor, responsible for performing functional behavior assessments, developing behavioral interventions, training staff and families to implement the interventions, and ongoing monitoring, training, and adjustment to the intervention based on treatment integrity and client response to treatment. The BCBA will work in both a consultative relationship with direct care/technician staff and caregivers and delivering direct intervention. The BCBA will work primarily with children who may have significant challenging behavior, but may be assigned to other appropriate adult or child clinical cases for the provision of behavioral support services. The individual functions as a consultant and as part of an inter-disciplinary team and services are delivered in the home and community primarily, or in a day program/center as appropriate. The BCBA will have responsibility for direct oversight of behavioral interventions implemented by direct care or technician staff, which may include observation and consultation during second and third shift as needed to appropriately support the consumer.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst (BCBA) AND licensed in the state of Michigan as a BehaviorAnalyst, AND one (1) year clinical experience working with children as a BCBA.
Employee must maintain valid licensure to retain employment.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a valid Michigan driver's license, current automobile insurance, and the use of a vehicle during work hours.
If serving children, must retain DCH qualifications as a Child Mental Health Professional.
