MHS is hiring Residential Living Assistants (ALSO KNOWN AS FLEX TRANSITIONAL LIVING ASSISTANTS - FTLAs) to live in campus residences to supervise and mentor high school seniors, preparing them for independent living after graduation. FTLAs play a vital role - teaching and role-modeling life skills including self-responsibility, goal setting, time management, personal finance, healthy relationships and more. They also create and supervise developmental and recreational activities, accompany students to Sunday chapel services, collaborate with staff to continually enhance the program, and provide coverage in student homes as needed

Year-round position with a schedule of 9 consecutive workdays followed by 3 days off

Licensing and Contractual Compliance: * Review ISP, BSP, related supporting documents, and annual plans in Evolv at least annually for each person supported, if not more often, and complete the Staff Document Review * Attends psychiatric/psychological consults to provide behavioral data and updates on application of new/existing interventions. * Coordinates the training of direct support professionals on the behavior support plan, restrictive procedures, psychiatric PRN protocols, and risk management plans (when applicable) anytime an update is made to the document, supports being provided, or as new team members join. * Meets with people supported and their teams, at a frequency which ensures effective support. * Completes timely documentation of service delivery including direct and consultation into the medical record. * Complete and pass the Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) training certification process within 3 weeks of hire. Responsibilities:
Report to and take direction from the Regional Clinical Director
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize care delivery
Implement Flywheel's clinical policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with insurance requirements, state regulations, and Flywheel's documentation standards in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Team
Fulfill all BCBA responsibilities for assigned clients, including:
Conducting assessments and reassessments
Developing individualized treatment plans
Providing clinical supervision and parent training
Participate in Flywheel trainings, events, and professional development opportunities
Enter billable hours in Central Reach within the required time frame
Support BCBA fieldwork supervision and serve as RBT supervisor as needed, under the direction of the Regional Clinical Director
Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions

Behavior Analyst - Must have both current PA Behavior Specialist License and BCBA in good standing.
Must have/obtain current ‘clean' background clearances required by IBHS, MA, and other relevant PA State Regulations.
Billable Client Services minimum requirement 90-100 hrs/month.
Must be available to serve clients in multiple locations within Lancaster County.
Must be available to consistently provide services, attend meetings, and support supervisees Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Compensation In Addition to Salary Range Stated Above
Paid Time Off- accrual based (15 days PTO and increased to 20 days PTO at 1 year)
