Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
As a BCBA with ATS, you'll play an essential role in assessing, developing, and overseeing ABA treatment plans tailored to the needs of our young clients. In addition to providing direct services, you'll mentor and supervise BCBA candidates, RBTs, and other staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality treatments. You'll also have the opportunity to train and guide families and caregivers, enabling them to support the continued progress of their loved ones.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range:
$60-80 per hour for direct, billable hours, based on experience.
$15 per hour for non-billable, indirect hours such as training, onboarding, and travel time. (16 moco)
2 Hours of paid treatment planning time offered to you monthly regardless of insurance.
Sign-On Bonus:
Full-time BCBA: $5000 after 400 billable hours within 6 months.
Part-time BCBA: $3500 after 275 billable hours within 6 months.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
BCBA certification (required).
License as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Maryland.
Evening availability 2-3 days a week preferred.

SUMMARY:
The Behavior Analyst / BCBA will lead ABA-based clinics with a school setting. These clinics provide Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) to children aged 3-5, integrating closely with early intervention services. This full-day program aims to ensure a seamless transition between pre-school special education classrooms and the clinic setting, promoting continuous skill development.
Location 1: Gordon Early Learning Center, 351 Kersey St, Coatesville, PA 19320
Location 2: Downingtown CCIU Building, 455 Boot Road, Downingtown, PA 19355
Schedule: Approximately 8am - 4pm based on student enrollment
12 month position

Salary/year range $89,000-$100,000 (based on years of experience as a BCBA)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide assessment, program design, monitoring and supervision
Facilitate services to meet the individualized needs of clients by working in a cross-collaborative effort with multiple service entities
Flexibility to travel into the home/community settings to conduct assessments
Act as clinical leader and develop a treatment plan
Will provide direct supervision to staff, monitor staff performance, provide direct clinical feedback and determine staff development needs
Review clinical notes to monitor the on-going progress of clients
Conduct service intakes for clients to gain a clinical understanding of their educational, behavioral, and medical needs to assist in identifying the appropriate staff and eligibility for services
Coordinate resources to enhance the well-being of the child and overall family functioning
Assist in problem solving when conflicts arise over behavioral paradigms in other involved systems
Troubleshoot with the team when behavior interventions are seen as ineffective for the child or family
Requirements
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - active
Demonstrated work experience with children with ASD
Experience working in a school or clinical setting with early intervention programs

These clinics provide Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) to children aged 3-5, integrating closely with early intervention services. This full-day program aims to ensure a seamless transition between pre-school special education classrooms and the clinic setting, promoting continuous skill development.

Schedule: Approximately 8am - 4pm based on student enrollment

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide assessment, program design, monitoring and supervision
