Follows through with clinical precautions effectively, including visual clinical observations. Answer phone and field calls in an upbeat and positive manner, focusing on customer service. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Requires 1+ year experience working with clients with mental health issues. Valid Drivers license preferred. Additional Requirements Current CPR and First Aid Certification, or willingness to complete within the first 30 days of employment. Clearance of TB test.
