Meaningful Milestones provides trauma-informed ABA (applied behavior analysis) to children ranging from ages 2-21 years old. We will teach you how to build relationships with your clients and let them know that you see them, you hear them, and you are there for them. We will also help you learn their assent behaviors and how to manage assent withdrawal and non-assent behaviors and learn that building that relationship allows you to build cooperation over compliance. You will also learn how to be the bringer of joy!

Meaningful Milestones utilizes innovative technology to advance our skills and the field of ABA. We proudly have a partnership with the Do Better Collective; and are also a practicum site for those pursuing further education towards becoming a BCaBA or BCBA.
As an Interventionist/RBT you will work one on one with an autistic individual applying the science of applied behavior analysis; implement programming as directed by the Clinical Manager or Clinical Supervisor (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst or Assistant Behavior Analyst) from the client's treatment plan. During your session you will collect data using an electronic data collection system on the tablet provided by Meaningful Milestones. You will be able to play games, color, jump on trampolines, sing songs, be silly, and teach your clients new skills and watch them grow and soar!
During your first 90 days, you will need to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician credential through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB). Duties and Responsibilities
Implement programming as identified on individual client treatment plans as directed by the BCBA or BCaBA
Receive and implement direction provided by BCBA or BCaBA while working with a client.
Complete accurate documentation of client specific goals with daily data collection via Motivity or other methods in emergency situations.
Accurately complete session notes in Motivity and obtain signatures from parents.
Provide at least 15 clinical direct support hours to clients in home, school, or community-based programs.
Develop and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients, families, and coworkers.
Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
Must be able to sit on the floor or stand
Most importantly, have fun, be silly, be creative, be you!
Requirements/Qualifications
RBT Certification preferred but not required at hiring
If no RBT Certification, must complete certification process within 90 days from hire date
Bachelor's degree preferred, but high school diploma required
Valid state driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
Able to perform basic math functions
Flexible, Compassionate, energetic, and hard working
Good Time Management and Organization skills
BLS or CPR/FA required
Our interview and hiring process begins as soon as you apply! If we think we are a good fit for you, we will schedule a phone screen. After the phone screen, if we believe we are still a good fit an interview will be scheduled with members of our clinical team. If an offer is accepted, prior to starting, a background check and motor vehicle check will be completed, and we will need a TB test within the last year with results to be submitted.
