We are looking for Behavior Technicians for center based services in the Lansing Area. Starting pay starts at $19.00/hour with no experience and increases depending on prior experience. Hours of operation are Mon-Fri, 8-4pm. We request that you can work a minimum of 10 hours. A Behavior Technician provides direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to individuals with autism to teach communication, social skills, and reduce problematic behaviors in the home, community, and school settings. Behavior Technicians will utilize interventions developed out of the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and are advised by a Licensed Behavior Analyst. No training in ABA? Do not worry - we will invest in you to get you trained and on your way! We often find that individuals that had no prior experience truly enjoy the work and obtain advanced credentials in the field.
