Experience Requirement: Three (3) years of progressively responsible post-master's professional experience teaching, counseling and/or providing therapy to individuals with emotional behavioral, or mental health concerns and/or their families. Of the required three (3) years work experience, at least one (1) year must have included providing ABA services to individuals with disabilities. We will fully certify you to become a registered behavior technician Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing individualized behavior-analytic programs as designed by our supervisory team. Services are provided in home, school, clinic, and community settings across the Honolulu and Windward areas. Primary Responsibilities Include: Delivering 1:1 ABA services using evidence-based methods (e.g., DTT, NET, VB, PRT, RFT). Implementing Skill-Based Treatment (SBT) and components of the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) model (Level 2 training provided to all staff; Level 3-4 training provided to providers who demonstrate interest and promise-paid in full by the company). Running group-based skill-building sessions for 4-7 participants when qualified. Collecting and recording data using company-issued iPads. Collaborating with BCBAs, supervisors, and families.
