Overview We are seeking a Well Intervention Specialist in Well Intervention Operation to join Unconventional Resources Completion Engineering Division under the Completion Operations Department URCOD. Key Responsibilities: As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following: Plan the well intervention activities and review and validation when completed, and for providing solution for wells with integrity issues with support of well completion specialist. Be responsible for routine well Intervention, well diagnostics and proficient in downhole remediation practices and capable for preparing field operational procedures. The selection and trial test of new advanced well completion and intervention technologies will be one of your major responsibilities and to work with drilling department and frac service provider on wellhead transition, barrier requirements and design fit for purpose solutions. Be responsible for well and field completion performance and integrity modeling using industry recognized software. Ensure departmental compliance with mandated regulations and standards through constant monitoring and support for ongoing and future operations and make sure well barriers requirements are maintained in all types of intervention. Minimum requirements As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or petroleum engineering from a recognized and approved program. You will have 10-15 years' experience in rigless well intervention operations that includes design, planning and execution of wireline, slickline and coiled tubing operation in critical sour gas and preferably unconventional operational environment. Familiar with wellhead and downhole completion design, optimization, and troubleshooting. Essential Duties/Responsibilities * Provides direct Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for clients at home, in the community, or in other environments as needed. * Builds rapport with the client, their family, and staff or other care providers in different environments. * Implements Individual Treatment Plans developed by Behavior Therapists and/or BCBAs. * Responds appropriately to client's challenging behaviors and implements behavior intervention strategies, skill acquisition programs, and program changes as directed by the Behavior Therapist or BCBA. * Collects data in a timely and efficient manner to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the Individual Treatment Plan. * Provides regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals and proactively communicate any questions or concerns to the Behavior Therapist or BCBA. * Attends clinical or team meetings, staff meetings, and trainings to expand their knowledge on different behavior principles, strategies, and the field of ABA. * Attends regular supervisory meetings with a Behavior Therapist and BCBA. * Reports on client care and treatment as well as any changes in client level of functioning to the Behavior Therapist or BCBA. * Discuss significant behavioral incidents, or other issues that affect client's behavioral status. * Acts as liaison between the client, family, staff, other care providers, and treatment team. * Reports client progress to the Behavior Therapist or BCBA. * Supports the Behavior Therapist or BCBA with training families, staff, or other care providers on implementing Individual Treatment Plans. * Communicates effectively with the Behavior Analyst regarding any issues, including service delivery, task assignment, etc. * Collaborates with other treatment professionals and the client's family. * Maintains required documentation demonstrating services provided and adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by State and Federal Agencies and Imagine!. * Observes confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards in all aspects related to the client, family, and program. * Develops and maintains professional relationships with all customers of Imagine!. * This position requires the use of a personal vehicle with insurance that meets Imagine! standards. * This position requires regular use of a personal mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet.
