JOB SUMMARY: The Broadcast Intern will assist with game-day operations, including color commentary, live stream production, scorekeeping, and media coordination. Support content creation, communication with media outlets, and overall team promotion. Candidates should have a strong interest in sports, excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work in flexible and outdoor conditions, and a professional yet enthusiastic attitude.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Assist as the color commentator during all home games.
Assist with the technical director and troubleshooting of live stream.
Assist in the official scorekeeping.
Assist in daily media notes and game recaps. As well as sending out and coordinating with local media outlets.
Assist in gaining team/player content and working with the media team.
Other duties as assigned.
